Even Aussies of Italian heritage can’t go past a fair shake of the sauce bottle on our national holiday. In a nod to both of his heartlands, Salt Meats Cheese co-owner Stefano de Blasi will be serving up a pizza boasting five sausages embedded in the crust and another two sprinkled on top. Diners can choose between beef, pork or lamb sausages or a mix of all three. The sausage sizzle pizza will be served from Friday to Sunday for $20.
