LITTLE Charli Mackinnon can’t wait to teach her minime Sienna to read.

The Biggera Waters prep student, 5, said she enjoyed reading Enid Blyton books.

“I’ve just started Prep but I’ve been practising my reading for six months,” Charlie said.

“I’m definitely going to teach Sienna to read soon, or when she’s a little bit older.”

Mum Rachel Mackinnon said her daughter was a keen reader.

“Charlie loves her books,” Ms Mackinnon said.

“Now that she’s in school she’s reading even more.”
