Thanks Young Jack, we do, in fact, pay this rent by auto payment every second Thursday. I have gone into my NAB EasyRent account and see that the rent arrives in that account each fortnight between 6:00am and 6:03am. However, the NAB don't make that money available to our agent until the following Wednesday, hence the multiple texts from Ray White, our rental agent saying our rent is overdue. The problem is Tate . and south GC councillor, Gail O'Neill . don't want to connect the 'missing link' at Currumbin/Tugun, for fear of upsetting their millionaire, beachside, selfish mates. No Brainer.
