Stars join country bill

HOT US bands Old Dominion and Brothers Osborne and local favourites Travis Collins and Amber Lawrence will perform live for fans on the Gold Coast at the 8th Annual CMC Music Awards.

The stars join Grammy winner Darius Rucker, US country artist Kelsea Ballerini and local trailblazers The Wolfe Brothers on the bill for Foxtel’s fanvoted Country Music Channel (CMC) Awards at The Star Gold Coast on March 15.

Australian country trio The McClymonts will step in for the awards’ host for the past four years, Morgan Evans, who will be touring with James Blunt in March.

The 2018 awards will be televised live on March 15 – the eve of the sold-out 2018 CMC Rocks festival, which returns to Willowbank, Ipswich, from March 16-18.
