Things are about to get really cheesy at NightQuart­er. Go on a cheese-filled adventure around the markets. There’ll be haloumi cheese fries, cheese platters, cheese cocktails, cheese burgers, cheesy nachos, plus Grate Cheese Co. are opening in Tapas Street with their gourmet cheese toasties and out of this world mac and cheese. Can Tho is throwing a Chinese New Year celebratio­n, complete with a special six-course set menu for $49 per person. Tuck into dishes including prawn cabbage rolls, Vietnamese roast pork with plum sauce, crispy egg noodle baskets filled with seafood and emperor sauce, whole fried barramundi with sweet and sour tomato relish, and fried man tao bun with salted sugar and crushed peanuts, finished with candied popcorn. Seats are limited.

Head to Bazaar Gold Coast on Sunday for the first Bazaar Brunch, a weekly event from there after. Be greeted with a glass of Chandon Rose and feast on a host of brunch choices, with interactiv­e food stations including gourmet breakfast bowls with acai and chia seed pudding, fried chicken and waffles, breakfast pizzas, fresh seafood, roving canapes, fondue, fruit and more.
