RFG shares suspended

-

SHARES in Donut King’s embattled parent, Retail Food Group, have been suspended from trade after the company failed to lodge its first-half financial report.

The group, which also owns Gloria Jean’s, Crust Pizza and Michel’s Patisserie, was due to release its accounts on Wednesday. But it delayed the release of the results – and requested a halt to trading in its shares – saying it was waiting for its auditor to sign off on the report. Trading halts can only last up to two trading sessions, meaning the group’s shares had to be suspended after it was unable to publish its accounts yesterday.
