Youth crowns up for grabs

AARON Teys and Ross Owen will today battle for the World Youth Championship’s men’s single title at Broadbeach Bowls Club.

Teys yesterday beat Corey Wedlock 21-13 in their semi, with Owen edging Daeng Dahasry 21-15.

In the women’s competition, Katelyn Inch downed Ellen Ryan 21-15 in their final four contest, with Kristina Krstic beating Tayla Bruce 21-7.

In the mixed pairs semis, Shae Wilson and Ryan Burnett will face Ryan and Teys in the decider.
