Palmy boys Josh Bailey and Andy Canfield have gone internatio­nal. Their new menu is studded with Spanish, Italian and Middle Eastern inspired tapas. Picture lamb kofta with mint yoghurt and parsnip puree; potato bravas with crispy spiced potato, red pepper and tomato salsa; sizzling garlic and lemon prawns served with caramelise­d shallots and saffron rice and much more. The cocktail list has also been given a tempting overhaul, perfect for seaside sessions.
