I live opposite a share bike base. Apart from its ugliness, I see few using these pygmy bikes, those that do often without helmets. Tried one recently, picked it up from on its side. Stinking and wet helmet.

Use public transport to get to work during the Commonwealth Games, they say but wait, we will take the parking away for the workers to park their cars, to catch that transport. Not everyone lives within walking distance to a train/ tram station. Another brilliant idea by the organisers! Is there a thread of common sense in any of them? The mind boggles! Laughing.

I read an article recently about a man who was injured at a mine site in Central Qld and was put on light duties only to be harassed and bullied by fellow workers and a superior for basically being a bludger.
