CHEVRON NOD FOR SAVILLS

PROJECT marketing newcomer Savills looks to have scored a couple of big wins, securing the right to market Chevron Island tower Chevron One and Hope Island’s Serenity Cove.

Melbourne group Bensons Property reportedly has given Savills the task of selling the 247 apartments in its planned 40level Chevron One, which would be the island’s first high-rise.
