KEITH’S HALL OF FAME HONOUR
IT has been a little over six years since the legendary Keith Williams left us but his extraordinary legacy is still being honoured. The latest accolade occurred during a gala dinner at Crown Melbourne. There he was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the Australian Waterski & Wakeboard Association. On hand to collect the honour was his widow Thea, a former Aquamaid, who spoke wonderfully about her late husband and his many aquatic enterprises on the Gold Coast. Keith opened the Surfers Paradise Ski Gardens at Carrara before moving the show to Ski Land on The Spit which later became Sea World. Great to hear that he is still remembered for his many achievements.
