Managers’ top chance in Robina

PROPERTY managers have the chance to manage one of the Gold Coast’s newest master planned communities, Vue Terrace Homes in Robina.

Situated on East Lake Drive and surrounded by Robina City Parklands, Vue Terrace Homes is the latest development by Robina Group.

Alex Cook from Resort Brokers Australia, who is managing the sale, said the strong growth and high rental demand in Robina meant competition for the management rights would likely be strong.

“This off-the-plan management rights is among the largest to hit the Gold Coast market in recent years,” Mr Cook said.

The community will include 263 architecturally-designed terrace homes, with the first stage to be completed by Hutchinson Builders.

In addition to the management rights, the successful operator will own a threebedroom home within the community.

Robina Group director Tony Tippett will be involved in the selection process.
