DCE longs for Origin return

MANLY captain Daly CherryEvans couldn’t be any clearer – he is sick of watching Origin from his lounge room.

After a three-year exile, he has launched a passionate plea to return to a Maroons side that no longer has Cooper Cronk and Johnathan Thurston.

Cherry-Evans, 29, is in a battle for two halves spots with Michael Morgan, Ben Hunt, Anthony Milford, Cameron Munster and Corey Norman.

He has made a good start, starring for Manly this year.
