Surf will settle down today under lighter inshore winds tending E to NE. Wednesday may mark the beginning of a renewed building trend in E swell; leading in a powerful ESE cyclone-swell into Thursday and Friday.

MONDAY

E swell slowly eases. Solid sets ranging from 3 to 4ft exposed breaks. Wrapping at 2 to 3ft+ inside the points and bays. WIND: Lighter NW to NNW inshore, tending NNE to 5 to 15 knots.

TUESDAY

Leftover E tradewind swell. Ranging from 2 to 3ft exposed breaks. Wrapping at lower levels inside points and bays. WIND: Early light WNW tending SW, then SSE to SE 10 to 15 knots.

WEDNESDAY

Good potential for a renewed building trend in E swell. Around 2 to 3ft early, rising to 3 to 4ft during the afternoon. Wrapping in at lower levels inside the points and bays. WIND: Early lighter WSW to SSW inshore, tending ESE 10 to 15 knots, possibly stronger later
