Bensons Property Group’s $246 million tower is planned for a site on Stanhill Drive. It will feature 210 units on 40 storeys. Construction is expected to start in January 2019 for an opening in early 2021.

THE STAR RESIDENCES

The $400 million tower has a scheduled start date of July. The 53-level highrise will feature more than 400 one and twobedroom residential units and a 300-room hotel. It is expected to open in 2021.

SIGNATURE BROADBEACH

The first sod will be turned later this year on this $220 million project, put forward by former Toll Holdings and Essendon Football Club chairman Paul Little. It will feature 236 units across its 35 levels.
