Anybody on the GC want to do a bit of shopping NOW is a great time. Hardly any traffic on our roads.

The aboriginal protesters were so loud I could not hear a thing David Koch was saying, it was fantastic. Woodleigh

It seems the CommGames transport system is working TOO well. At every event we are quickly ushered onto buses and shipped efficiently away. Noone is left to check out the shops or street performances. Mk

Why do criminals get to have a dog in prison? Do our taxes pay for the dogs to eat too and can we choose to only feed the dogs? World’s gone mad. Wog

With Peter Beattie, Tom Tate and Kate Jones hogging all the limelight, it seems they’ve forgotten all the groundwork done by Anna Bligh and Campbell Newman. Such is politics.

I find amazing these indigenous protesters are on dole payments while they protest. Maybe if they spend half the effort they put into protesting to finding a job, now that would be amazing.

been on the radio 92.5 encouraging people to go to restuarants. What a joke. My son went to broadbeach for dinner paid to park came out to find 160 parking fine. There was a sign 50 metres down the road size of an envelope saying games parking. Revenue raising at its best.

Just spent two days in Robina hospital. Nurses and doctors very good a pleasure to be there. It is a pity the catering staff are not as good. A hello would be nice to patients. From Les r. Mudgeeraba.

Not overly impressed with the diving event organization Wednesday nite. Too drawn out and then some idiot decided to get the crowd singing and swaying back & forth in the stand. Did it sway! Quite scary. They wouldn’t have been laughing if it collapsed. Spoilt the night for me. Give us a break with that audience participation garbage – we’re not kids.

Can anyone tell me where a reasonably good looking young 60 yr old guy who doesn’t drink or smoke or gamble or internet dating, can meet nice interesting ladies, any age for friendships, who are not drunks or druggies. There has to be lots of ladies in the lower G.C/ Tweed areas who want to meet guys who know how to have fun and care for and respect women. J.W
