Knifeman faces court

-

A SYDNEY man allegedly stabbed by his self-radicalised Muslim neighbour in an Islamic State-inspired attack has told a Sydney court his neighbour was “chopping” into his arms, with blood going everywhere.

Ihsas Khan, 24, has pleaded not guilty to committing a terrorist act and wounding with intent to murder due to mental illness after Wayne Greenhalgh was stabbed multiple times at a Minto reserve in 2016.

Mr Greenhalgh said he put his arms up to protect himself after Khan ran at him with a massive knife.
