PRIME PALM BEACH PROPERTY GAINING VELOCITY

BRENDON Ansell, former London investment banker, and his listed Velocity Property Group have spent $9 million on their second beachfront site at Palm Beach.

The site, three titles on The Esplanade spanning more than 1200sq m, was tied up in December and the money has changed hands.

It’s almost certain to be home to a luxury boutique apartment tower – Velocity’s third on the Gold Coast after One Burleigh Headland and One Palm Beach – and might well be called Two Palm Beach.
