Antiquities thief nabbed

POLICE have arrested a nightwatchman at an archaeological museum on the Greek island of Santorini who had been stealing antiquities from the storage room. Police found in the nightwatchman’s house 15 clay pots dating from the 17th century BC, one clay and two stone figurines and a “quartz crystal object” dating from the 8th century BC.
