Pasta guru hits beach

- Email: qtmtod@gmail.com

RALPH de Pasquale, who was heading family pasta company Nanda when it was sold to Nestle in 1992, is planning a life by the beach in a new threelevel Mermaid Beach home.

He’s paid a motza for 1 Hilda St and intends to replace a 1960 beach-house with a three-level five-bedroom home serviced by a lift and with basement parking. The accordion-playing Ralph and family ploughed $15 million into a plastics business on the heels of selling Nanda.
