CITYPOD TO GO UNDER HAMMER

THE expansion of a local construction company has prompted the auction on Tuesday of a two-level commercial property in Robina.

GCB Constructions, linked to Greg Clark, is auctioning the 284sq m property, in the Citypods development at 249 Scottsdale Drive, after purchasing it for $1.133 million in 2015. Cushman & Wakefield’s Ed Howard is the marketing agent.
