STAPYLTON DIGS FOR RECYCLER

A RECYCLING firm has leased a facility in Stapylton as the northern Gold Coast industrial leasing market gains momentum.

Impact Recycling, which was started in Sydney in 2004, will move to new premises at 3/9 Christensen Rd South after signing a five-year lease with a five-year option for the 2100sq m building.

The lease, for which Impact will pay $210,000 net annual rent, starts this month.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Dave Kertesz and Luke Smith negotiated the lease.
