SHE did it! On Sunday local beauty expert Carolyn Fox and her 18-month-old start-up, make-up brand Garbo & Kelly received the perfect accolade for the hard work. At the Makeup Artist Guild Asia Pacific Awards 2018 in Sydney, Garbo & Kelly was named as the Makeup Brand of the Year in a field comprising some of the biggest names in the business. “We are about old Hollywood style, glamour with a 21st century filter,” said Carolyn. “I am so excited and proud to have won the award.”
