■ Premiershi­ps: 1, Penrith (2003)

■ First player signed by the Gold Coast Titans after they won a licence to compete in the 2007 NRL season. By sealing the 2003 premiershi­p winner and 2001 Dally M medallist, the club gained immediate credibilit­y.

■ Played at fullback in the Titans’ push towards the grand final in 2010, playing most of his 20 games that season in the No.1 jersey as the club fell one game short of the decider.

■ Came up with the concept for the Indigenous All Stars match, a game that has become a key date on the rugby league calendar and encouraged indigenous Australian­s to learn more about their identity.

■ A dedicated community worker, he conducted clinics and talks through the nowdefunct Titans4Tom­orrow program before setting up the Preston Campbell Foundation.
