$7.91m for precinct

VETERAN developer John Hembrow has offloaded the Red Rooster Centre, a fastfood precinct next to his Treetops Plaza shopping centre at Burleigh Waters, for $7.91 million.

The property has been bought from Mr Hembrow’s Rayjon group by the ninemonth-old Charter Hall Direct Diversified Consumer Staples Fund.
