Will the Wrecker dismisses groping, sex romp claims

-

AN 81-year-old millionaire Gold Coast wrecker has slammed as “utter bulls--t” claims that he groped a meter maid and had sex romps with call girls, ahead of what looms as an explosive court showdown over alleged missing millions.

Will ‘The Wrecker’ Smith is locked in a legal stoush with disgraced lawyer turned Surfers Paradise meter maids manager Michael Yarwood.

Mr Smith, who sold his Pacific Highway wrecking yard with its iconic pink FX Holden to the State Government for $9 million, has accused Mr Yarwood of defrauding him of $4 million after he was given power of attorney to negotiate the Reedy Creek land deal for a rail corridor.

In Supreme Court allegations, Mr Smith claims Mr Yarwood – who was jailed in 2011 for stamp duty fraud and struck off as a solicitor – used the money to fund travel, vehicles and a “sugar baby” mistress.

Mr Yarwood has lodged a court claim for $1.9m in lost earnings after his contract as Mr Smith’s business adviser was terminated.

In a 54-page affidavit lodged with the Supreme Court last week, Mr Yarwood alleged he hired women to balance Mr Smith’s “violent and sudden mood swings” after the elderly businessman “groped” a meter maid at a Gold Coast Wreckers Christmas lunch.

The two men are set to face off for the first time in the Supreme Court today.

Mr Smith yesterday slammed as a “smear campaign” the claims that he groped a meter maid and used the services of call girls.
