AN Austinville property is offering buyers the chance to climb the property ladder. Bally Mountain, at 137 Austinville Rd, is being sold by Evamyne (No 11) Pty Ltd, which is linked to Stephen John Diamond.

The 33.85ha parcel was bought by Evamyne for $400,000 in 2001 and is described by marketing agent Roland Evans, of Canford Property Group, as a potential tourism site. The property is accessed via a bitumen road and includes a cleared area at the top of the mountain. An expressions of interest campaign closes on October 19.
