Knit 3 rows. Row 1 (RS): Work row 1 of Chart, work­ing the 12-st pat­tern re­peat 21 times. Row 2 (WS and all fol­low­ing WS rows): Sl 1 wyif, K2, P to last 3 sts, K3. Row 3: Work row 3 of Chart, work­ing the 12-st pat­tern re­peat 21 times. Con­tinue as es­tab­lished work­ing through all 28 rows of Chart once.

FIN­ISH­ING

Weave in all loose ends. Soak shawl in luke­warm wa­ter. Squeeze out ex­cess wa­ter in a towel. Stretch shawl to shape and mea­sure­ments and pin in place. Leave to dry.
