Beg and ending rows as indicated, cont in patt from Chart as folls: Inc 1 st at each end of 5th and 0 ( 4:3: 5: 5) foll 6th rows, then on 3 ( 0:1: 0: 0) foll 8th rows, taking inc sts into patt. 40 ( 44: 46: 48: 50) sts. Work 7 ( 7:5: 1: 1) rows, ending after chart row 36 and with RS facing for next row. Break off contrasts and cont using yarn L only. Beg with a K row, cont in st st throughout as folls: Inc 1 st at each end of next ( next: 3rd: 5th: 5th) and every foll 8th ( 8th: 8th: 6th: 6th) row to 60 ( 64: 66: 60: 70) sts, then on every foll – (-:-: 8th: 8th) row until there are – (-:-: 70: 74) sts. Cont straight until Sleeve meas 45 ( 45: 46: 46: 46) cm, ending with RS facing for next row.

SHAPE TOP

Cast off 4 ( 5:5: 6: 7) sts at beg of next 2 rows. 52 ( 54: 56: 58: 60) sts. Dec 1 st at each end of next 3 rows, then on foll alt row, then on 3 foll 4th rows. 38 ( 40: 42: 44: 46) sts. Work 1 row. Dec 1 st at each end of next and every foll alt row until 24 sts rem, then on foll 7 rows, ending with RS facing for next row. Cast off rem 10 sts.
