Regional meetings to explore paths to Asia
CLEVER logistics could see a new, nimble path for local food businesses selling into Asia.
Anyone thinking of exporting is invited to meetings across southern/central NSW, examining the prospects of using Canberra International Airport as an export hub.
The Australian Government is supporting the meetings at Yass, Parkes, Moruya and Wagga through the national Farm Co-operatives and Collaboration pilot program, known as Farming Together.
Organiser, Daryl Young of Agribusiness Innovation Services said any primary producer or food processor was welcome to attend and discuss the options of using this export concept.
The events are free, but you must register at www.asiaexports.eventbrite.com.au.
