Adani mine film
A PUBLIC screening of the film Guarding the Galilee will be held at the Rous Mill Community Hall next week.
A “community of meditators” has organised the screening to “create greater community awareness of the environmental impacts of the proposed Carmichael coal mine by the Adani company”.
“The preference for silence and contemplation will be exchanged for the spoken word, and visible action,” Reverend David Brown, a spokesperson for the meditation community, said. The screening is next Thursday at 7pm.
