Queensland RC Titles at Benaraby Raceway
The 46-Eighty RC Raceway will host the state’s remote control buggy titles from June 30 – July 2.
The races at Jono Porter Drive at Beneraby will feature over 100 competitors including top Australian pair Kyle McBride and Aaron Stringer.
Entry to the event is free on all three days, with races running between 7am – 6pm.
Beach Art Music Markets at Tannum
This month’s BAM markets at Tannum Sands are on this Saturday at Millenium Esplanade at the southern end of the park.
The markets run on the first Saturday of every month from 2pm – 7pm.
This week’s markets will feature new stalls including Japanese Creations, a new doughnut stall and Happy Faces, which provides face painting for kids.
International Lingerie Model Competition
The Young Australian Hotel is hosting the 18+ event sponsored by Angel Promotions this Saturday.
Starting at 7pm, entry to the night out is free with VIP tables also available for purchase.
Lingerie women will be in the public bar from 4pm for the lead-up to the competition.
The night will see two heats unfold, one for lingerie and one for Little Black Dresses.
Live entertainment will be provided and a DJ will also be present.
Pacquiao vs Horn: Battle of Brisbane
Tannum Sands Hotel: The public can watch the fight on the big screen or on one of the other 14 TVs in the pub from 11am on Sunday. After 1pm the bistro will be open and music will be playing. Kids are also welcome at the venue which will have a castle to play on.
Dicey’s Bar and Grill: Dicey’s is showing the big fight this Sunday too, however tickets to the event have already been sold out.
The Rocky Glen Hotel Motel: Rocky Glen will be showing the fight from 11am on Sunday too. Entry to the event is free, the bistro will be open from 11am and bikini waitresses will be serving tables from 12pm –3pm.
