Demand soars in estate offerings
A NEWLY developed industrial estate at Northgate on Brisbane’s northside has been in demand with sales worth more than $6 million this year through selling agents Ray White Commercial (Qld) in conjunction with CBRE.
The 4.2ha subdivision developed by Chuan Xin Pty Ltd at 62 Crockford St, Northgate, has been marketed by Ray White Commercial Qld’s Paul Anderson and Dan Munnich of CBRE.
Mr Anderson said six lots in the Northgate Industrial Park had been sold over the past six months to developers, netting sales of $6.3 million.
He said only three of the original 20 lots remained available, with six lots being retained by the developers.
“When you think about it, this is the only small lot land supply currently on the market between Eagle Farm and Geebung. It’s quite simply gold,” Mr Anderson said.
Mr Munnich said not only were the supply and demand factors in favour for the property; it had exceptional connectivity to the M1, Airport Link Tunnel, Nudgee and Toombul roads.
The Crockford St development comprises land parcels from 2000sq m to 8000sq m (by amalgamation). Each lot is connected to power, water and sewer while there is NBN connectivity to Crockford St.
