New project proves popular

The Observer - - REAL ESTATE -

A MIXTURE of investors and owner-occupiers are swooping on industrial units in Bells Creek, with the soon-to-be-built business park project already nearly 50% sold off the plan.

Seven of the 16 new industrial strata-titled units at Bells Creek Business Park, 5-7 Claude Boyd Pde, have been placed under contract and strong interest is being shown in the remaining opportunities, according to Paul Bell from Henzells Agency.

“Located in secure gated community, each unit is architecturally designed to suit business owners, astute investors or even for personal or business storage,’’ Mr Bell said.

“Zoned medium impact, each unit features a quality kitchenette, bathroom and shower, three-phase power and scope for additional mezzanine.

“Business sentiment in Caloundra is strong, with the spike in commercial interest reflecting the growing confidence we are witnessing across all property sectors across the southern Sunshine Coast.”

Construction is expected to start in mid-October.
