BREN­TON Robert Stal­lan faced Glad­stone Mag­is­trates Court af­ter he was caught driving un­der the in­flu­ence of drugs. On Mon­day the court heard he had been stopped by po­lice at 8.15pm along Har­vey Rd, Clin­ton while on his way to his brother’s house. Stal­lan re­turned a pos­i­tive drug test and told po­lice he had smoked mar­i­juana ear­lier that day and had just left his home be­cause he and his wife were fight­ing. Stal­lan pleaded guilty to one count of drug driving and was fined $350. He was dis­qual­i­fied from driving for one month and had a con­vic­tion recorded.
