BRENTON Robert Stallan faced Gladstone Magistrates Court after he was caught driving under the influence of drugs. On Monday the court heard he had been stopped by police at 8.15pm along Harvey Rd, Clinton while on his way to his brother’s house. Stallan returned a positive drug test and told police he had smoked marijuana earlier that day and had just left his home because he and his wife were fighting. Stallan pleaded guilty to one count of drug driving and was fined $350. He was disqualified from driving for one month and had a conviction recorded.
