The Observer - - NEWS | NATION -

QUEENSLAND Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk hasn’t ruled out raising payroll tax during her second term of government. The newly re-elected premier yesterday pointedly failed to say whether Labor was considering payroll tax increases, after being challenged on the issue by the Liberal National Party.

Opposition Leader Deb Frecklington used her first questions of the new parliament to quiz the premier over the four taxes announced during the election campaign, and whether the government was considering increases to other taxes.
