Lockington Masonic Centre

A significant Lockington property will go under the hammer this Saturday at 11am.
The Lockington Masonic Centre dates back to the early 1920s when the sand was transported to the building site by horse & dray. The façade of the original building is still in great condition given its age. An extension added many years later adds a significant amount of building area to the property.
Situated on two titles totalling approximately 1400 square metres, with power, water & sewerage connected, the possible uses for the property are limited only by one’s imagination. Residential, recreational, commercial, medical or storage are all within the realms of possibility.
The property will be auctioned this Saturday at 11am on site at 15 – 17 Barton Street Lockington.
Prior to the property auction will be a clearing sale of all excess goods & chattels. The clearing sale will start at 10am with viewing from 9.30. The clearing sale is being conducted by Landmark and Auctioneer John Moyle has informed the Lockington Masonic Centre that the clearing sale will be conducted free of any commission, buyer’s premium or GST as the proceeds will be donated back to the community.
There are timber pews with padded seats, leather & wooden chairs, stackable chairs, Werthiem Piano, trestles, stools, crockery, cutlery and other associated items. Photos are available on the Landmark website in the clearing sales section or by contacting John Moyle on 0428 588335 or john.moyle&landmark.com.au. Normal clearing sale registration terms & conditions will apply & payment by cash or cheque is required on the day.
