Pioneers search for coaching staff

The Riverine Herald - - BOWLS -

THE RURAL Bank Bendigo Pioneers have started building for the 2018 season — and it’s looking to its coaching staff.

The club was in search of development and skill coaches for the under-18 boys, under-18 girls and under-16 boys teams.

An expression of interest has been cast out for the following positions across its programs at the Bendigo, Mildura and Swan Hill training bases.

It’s the club’s aim to professionally develop players by providing them with the best opportunity to meet their full potential both on and off the field, whether it is at local club, state or AFL level via the national draft.

As part of this aim, it has asked for passionate, experienced coaches interested in the development of young people, rather than team success, with a willingness to work weeknights and weekends.

All applicants must have a current working with children’s check.

Expressions of interest can be emailed to talent manager Steve Sharp at
