TLC is a priority here

The Riverine Herald - - NEWS -

AFTER four months of intensive recuperation this lovely young lady is is need of some love.

Bonnie came to the Campaspe Animal Shelter in a poor state — she was heavily pregnant, severely emaciated and very unsure of people.

Due to the state she was in Bonnie didn’t have enough nutrients to support the puppies growing inside of her and sadly aborted them.

Because of this she received a little extra attention and was spoilt by shelter staff to ensure she was back to 100 per cent.

Thanks to a bit of extra TLC, good quality food and veterinary care Bonnie has regained her faith in humans and is back to her best self.

She will need to attend obedience training to calm her excited nature and to ensure she grows in to a sensible dog.

She is very social but can become jealous when she has to share her human’s time.

It is recommended she goes to a single dog household and gets plenty of socialisation while at obedience training.

Bonnie is bright and full of love, ready for her new home where she can snuggle up and relax with her family. She is after a loyal and loving companion for the rest of her life.

She is available for adoption for $355.
