Resort like like no other Excellence in hospitality sponsored by Radiant Media

The Riverine Herald - - BUSINESS AWARD 2017 -

BEN and Michelle Hearn were a mixture of excited and surprised when Cadell on Murray Resort claimed the excellence in hospitality award.

A long-term passion for the tourism industry in Echuca-Moama, combined with a dedicated vision and strong belief in their property has inspired the couple to develop and grow their business.

Featuring absolute river frontage and unrivalled views of the magnificent Murray, the four-star accommodation and conference venue offers a getaway experience like no other.

‘‘We enjoy operating a business which provides such a wonderful experience for guests and we strive to build on these through enhanced customer service,’’ Michelle said.

‘‘This focus has enabled our busi- ness to achieve substantial measured growth, customer satisfaction and industry recognition.’’

Ben said the couple were honoured to win the award against some stiff competition.

‘‘All the businesses nominated deserved to win this award,’’ he said.

‘‘We love working in this region and all this wouldn’t be possible without the support of our staff and our families.’’ ■ Finalists were Haslem Cottage and Morrison’s Riverview Winery and Restaurant.

Cadell on the Murray’s Ben and Michelle Hearn are presented the excellence in hospitality award by Radiant Media’s Scott Christian.
