Gar­dens galore on Sun­day

THE Echuca Hor­ti­cul­tural So­ci­ety is host­ing an open gar­dens day on Sun­day. And ev­ery­one is in­vited.

Four mem­bers of the so­ci­ety will open their gar­dens to the pub­lic, all within a few kilo­me­tres of each other. All prop­er­ties are suit­able for peo­ple with dis­abil­i­ties.

The first gar­den is at 2 Wil­li­cent Ter­race, Echuca. Here peo­ple will be able to buy a map for $15. The fee in­cludes en­try to all four gar­dens, plus a cream Devon­shire Tea at the last stop and valu­able work­ing demon­stra­tions and gar­den­ing ad­vice.

The day will run from 11am un­til 4pm and hopes to re­mind peo­ple of the ben­e­fits of gar­den­ing and the en­joy­ment of be­ing in­volved in the hor­ti­cul­tural so­ci­ety.
