Gardens galore on Sunday
THE Echuca Horticultural Society is hosting an open gardens day on Sunday. And everyone is invited.
Four members of the society will open their gardens to the public, all within a few kilometres of each other. All properties are suitable for people with disabilities.
The first garden is at 2 Willicent Terrace, Echuca. Here people will be able to buy a map for $15. The fee includes entry to all four gardens, plus a cream Devonshire Tea at the last stop and valuable working demonstrations and gardening advice.
The day will run from 11am until 4pm and hopes to remind people of the benefits of gardening and the enjoyment of being involved in the horticultural society.
