Matt is building a better body and building a better future in his body building

The Riverine Herald - - NEWS -

take your time, if you think you’ve got six months to lose all the fat and get competition ready, give yourself eight months because sometimes life gets in the way, and you will have days your mind plays tricks on you because you’re not eating and you’re hungry all the time and can’t go out with your friends and eat or drink. You have got to keep on track, binges are fine every now and then but get back on track straight away – and be realistic too. And of course, who were your biggest supporters all throughout?

So, Luke my boss at Next Level, worked with me as my posing coach once a week, it was good to have someone be able to look at me and see how I was going.

But my biggest was my girlfriend Brianna, she was there for me and got me on track and I couldn’t have done it without her, she was really supportive. Footnote:

Not only did Matthew win the Victorian crown in novice class, he went on to finish second in the open section.

It will be worth waiting to see what he delivers when he gets back into competition in 2019.
