Was held up round­ing the home turn. 4 LIT­TLE SHOCKER (NZ) 31/07/2017 Port Mac­quarie Slow to be­gin and shortly after was crowded los­ing ground. Held up for clear run­ning in the early part of the straight, and near the 200m was eased when dis­ap­pointed for a run. Pass­ing 100m

checked crowded room. 5 VE­GAS STRIP 29/07/2017 Gos­ford Bounded on jump­ing. Was held up round­ing the home turn.

Race 2: 1 AC­CLAIMED FIRST (GB) 25/07/2017 Wy­ong Be­gan awk­wardly. A post race vet exam did not re­veal any abs. 2 LAKSHME 29/07/2017 Gos­ford Raced keenly in the early and mid­dle stages. Hung out round­ing the home turn. 3 LEGENDOFOZ 22/07/2017 Kem­bla Grange After be­ing slow to be­gin then had to be checked on jump­ing when crowded.

Race 3: 1 REACH FOR HEAVEN (NZ) 29/07/2017 Rose­hill Gar­dens Slow to be­gin. Raced keenly in the mid­dle stages. 2 ON­SLAUGHT 26/07/2017 Can­ter­bury Park Obliged to shift out around heels near the 200m to con­tinue into clear run­ning. 5 KENDALMAN 1/08/2017 Cess­nock Bumped shortly after the start. Laid out round­ing home turn. 6 LOQUETEUX 5/08/2017 Kempsey For some dis­tance pass­ing the 500m raced in re­stricted room when buf­feted be­tween run­ners.

Race 4: 2 FERINGO 25/07/2017 Wy­ong Be­gan awk­wardly and shifted out. 10 SONGLIKE 2/08/2017 War­wick Farm Be­gan awk­wardly, shifted out and made con­tact with an­other run­ner. Laid out in the straight oblig­ing its rider to change the whip into the left hand near 100m.

Race 5: 1 FLY­ING DEE JAY (NZ) 27/07/2017 Beau­mont New­cas­tle A post race vet exam re­vealed the filly to be lame in the off fore­leg. Sta­ble rep was ad­vised a vet cert of fit­ness must be pro­duced prior to racing again. Vet clear­ance re­ceived. 3 NAME OF THE ROSE 29/07/2017 Gos­ford Slow to be­gin. 4 PAN­GOLIN 4/08/2017 Wy­ong Be­gan awk­wardly and shifted out abruptly. Raced fiercely in the mid­dle stages and got its head up on a num­ber of oc­ca­sions. 5 SAVETHELASTDANCE 5/08/2017 Kem­bla Grange L/Scr at 3.54pm on vet ad­vice after the mare was loaded into bar­ri­ers, be­came frac­tious, reared & hit its head. Sta­ble rep was ad­vised the mare would be req to bar­rier trial prior to racing again. Passed

Rand­wick 8/8/17. 6 JUST GOR­GEOUS 4/08/2017 Wy­ong Ap­proach­ing the 1000m had to be stead­ied to avoid heels. 7 STATE OF PLAY 2/08/2017 War­wick Farm Near the 700m was bumped heav­ily. 8 STELLA VIC­TO­RIA 3/08/2017 Hawkes­bury slow to be­gin (2L). 9 SWEET DEAL 2/08/2017 War­wick Farm Was dis­ap­pointed for run­ning shortly after str after bump­ing with an­other rnr & then shifted in across heels to con­tinue im­prov­ing. Rdr std mount was un­able to match early speed of race & was never in a pos where it able to travel comf. Added that al­though there was some­what of a mar­gin be­tween his mount & place get­ters, it would nonethe­less de­rive ben­e­fit in races whereby it will have opportunity to set­tle, & its perf to­day was not a disap as it would ap­pear on face value.

Race 6: 1 RHYMES 19/07/2017 War­wick Farm When qd, rdr ad­vised that after mount was slow to be­gin, took it back from wide bar­rier to find cover. Added that mount may not have ap­pre­ci­ated firmer going to­day & after filly laid in round­ing the home turn and the straight, made some ground over the con­clud­ing stages. Rdr ad­vised that the filly may be look­ing for races over a longer jour­ney. In the straight, rdr lost the use of his off­side rein plac­ing him at a dis­ad­van­tage. A post race ve­teri­nary ex­am­i­na­tion re­vealed no ab­nor­mal­i­ties. 3 IT’S SO OB­VI­OUS 29/07/2017 Rose­hill Gar­dens Rdr std in an en­deav­our to take up a po­si­tion closer the run­ning rail, she was obliged from her wide bar­rier to press for­ward, re­sult­ing in her mount tak­ing up a po­si­tion out­side the leader. Said how­ever would not set­tle, raced very keenly and she at­trib­uted this to the mare weak­en­ing in the straight. Post-race vet exam did not re­veal any abs. 7 HU­MIL­ITY 29/07/2017 Gos­ford Over­raced in the mid­dle stages. Ap­proach­ing 600m be­came awk­ward on heels & was stead­ied. Was held up round­ing the home turn and in the early part of the straight.

Race 7: 2 IR­ISH DUKE 5/08/2017 Kempsey Reared on jump­ing los­ing ground (2L). Hung in when placed un­der pres­sure the straight. 3 JAG­GER ( NZ) 27/07/2017 Beau­mont New­cas­tle Slow to be­gin. For some dis­tance ap­proach­ing the 900m com­menced over­race and had to be stead­ied away from heels. Laid in when placed un­der pres­sure over the fi­nal 300m. Stew­ards ap­proved ap­pli­ca­tion to add Cheek­ers to last start win­ner on the ba­sis the trainer was of opin­ion
