The Sportsman Midweek - - Trackwork - — Greg Spletter

LOVE AND ROCK IT (R7 No. 1) returns to racing at Ipswich tomorrow and can open his campaign with a win in the class two. He took on some very strong company during his three-year-old season and registered a couple of victories including a big win secondup over this trip. He bolted in his trial last week and up against a moderate field he looks a good bet.

YEAHNAH (R3 No. 2) was scratched out of the 0MW on Saturday where she had a decent each way hope and finds herself now the testing material midweek. She has chased home some promising types in recent weeks, finishing fifth to last Saturday’s tearaway winner From Within as well as a close-up result behind Tawfiq Boy the run prior. This is big step down and she looks set for victory.

In the last UMBERTO (R8 No. 2) could be a marked improver after doing plenty wrong in town last start. Might pay to pen the run altogether and go instead on his previous run when he finished strongly to get within two lengths of Tawfiq Boy. Jeff Lloyd partners up with him tomorrow and they will give us a sight.
