RACE 1: SEBRAKATE (D. Tourneur) – raced keenly in the early and mid­dle stages of the event. Laid in un­der pres­sure in straight. A post-race ve­teri­nary ex­am­i­na­tion re­vealed no vis­i­ble ab­nor­mal­i­ties. POWER SCHEME (J. Kah) – dis­lodged its rider on re­turn to the mount­ing yard and gal­loped rid­er­less for a short dis­tance prior to be­ing re­cap­tured. J. Kah was ex­am­ined by the First Care Med­i­cal per­son­nel and passed fit to ful­fil her re­main­ing en­gage­ments.

RACE 2: The start of this event was de­layed ap­prox­i­mately two min­utes to avoid a clash with an in­ter­state event. EQUIMOORE (F. Ker­s­ley) – laid in un­der pres­sure in the straight. In the vicin­ity of the 50 me­tres was taken wider by ZAGATO STAR, which had been taken out. EUROGLIDER (J. Kah) – laid in un­der pres­sure in the straight. Mo­men­tar­ily lost the use of her off side rein in the vicin­ity of 100 me­tres. PAPALET (P. Gatt) – taken in on jump­ing away onto REGINA MARGHERITA. Lost its near hind plate dur­ing the event. A pos­trace ve­teri­nary ex­am­i­na­tion re­vealed no vis­i­ble ab­nor­mal­i­ties. REGINA MARGHERITA (D. Tourneur) – lost its po­si­tion on jump­ing away when tight­ened onto RIZSKI by PAPALET. Laid in un­der pres­sure in the straight. A post-race ve­teri­nary ex­am­i­na­tion re­vealed no vis­i­ble ab­nor­mal­i­ties. YAN­KEE LOU (J. To­eroek) – reared on jump­ing away and was awk­ward into stride. In the vicin­ity of the 200 me­tres was mo­men­tar­ily in­con­ve­nienced when SAP­PHIRE MISS shifted in and then had dif­fi­culty ob­tain­ing clear ground for a short dis­tance. ZAGATO STAR (T. Pan­nell) – in­con­ve­nienced in the vicin­ity of the 50 me­tres when taken wider by SAP­PHIRE MISS. GOTTA BE GOLD (R. Clark) – held up from the vicin­ity of the 400 me­tres un­til near 200 me­tres. PAM’S JOUR­NEY (G. Cartwright) – a post-race ve­teri­nary ex­am­i­na­tion re­vealed no vis­i­ble ab­nor­mal­i­ties. SAP­PHIRE MISS (L. Rior­dan) – shifted in on jump­ing away onto PAPALET. Raced keenly in the mid­dle stages of the event. Held up for a short dis­tance at en­trance to the straight. Laid in un­der pres­sure in straight and the vicin­ity of the 200 me­tres shifted in onto YAN­KEE LOU, and in the vicin­ity

of the 100 me­tres shifted onto the heels EUROGLIDER as it im­proved, and in be­ing cor­rected out ZAGATO STAR. RACE 3: BLAZ­ING ROW (L. Rior­dan) – in­clined to lay in un­der pres­sure in the straight. Rider re­ported that he had be­come con­cerned with the geld­ing over the con­clud­ing 100 me­tres as it com­menced to weaken rapidly. A pos­trace ve­teri­nary ex­am­i­na­tion re­vealed no vis­i­ble ab­nor­mal­i­ties. BUSKER’S BAL­LAD (F. Ker­s­ley) – slow to be­gin. SCOUT’S HON­OUR (T. Pan­nell) – jumped away awk­wardly. ALIRIS (E. Boyd) – raced keenly in the early and mid­dle stages of the event. A post-race ve­teri­nary ex­am­i­na­tion re­vealed no vis­i­ble ab­nor­mal­i­ties. FIGHT­ING DRAGON (J. Kah) – jumped away awk­wardly and shifted out con­tact­ing GOOD TIME MADAM. FREE HAND (P. Gatt) – rider pleaded guilty to a charge un­der AR137A(5)(a) (ii) in that he used his whip on more than five oc­ca­sions prior to the 100 me­tres and was rep­ri­manded. IT’S MAGIC (J. To­eroek) – raced keenly in early

mid­dle stages of the event. GOOD TIME MADAM (G. Cartwright) – con­tacted on jump­ing away. HA­VANA HEAT (K. Crowther) – laid in un­der pres­sure in the straight. A post-race ve­teri­nary ex­am­i­na­tion re­vealed no vis­i­ble ab­nor­mal­i­ties.

RACE 4: TROP­I­CAL LIGHT­NING (E. Fin­negan) – rider re­ported that she had be­come con­cerned with the geld­ing’s ac­tion on pulling up. A post-race ve­teri­nary ex­am­i­na­tion re­vealed geld­ing to be lame in the near fore­leg. First aid ad­min­is­tered. Trainer, Mr T. Dou­dle, was ad­vised that a Ve­teri­nary Cer­tifi­cate of Fit­ness was re­quired prior to a fu­ture trial or race. WICKED RHYTHM (G. Cartwright) – raced keenly in the early and mid­dle stages of the event.

RACE 5: DAR­LEY HAND­I­CAP - 2035 me­tres DOCKER PAV (N. Far­ley) – laid in un­der pres­sure in the straight and the vicin­ity of the 300 me­tres shifted con­tacted AMBISHOP. A post-race ve­teri­nary ex­am­i­na­tion re­vealed no vis­i­ble ab­nor­mal­i­ties. AMBISHOP (E. Fin­negan) – in­con­ve­nienced and had its hindquar­ters turned in the vicin­ity of the 300 me­tres when con­tacted by DOCKER PAV. ANU­RADHA (F. Ker­s­ley) – hung out round­ing the home turn and was re­luc­tant to race for the re­main­der of the event. Rider ex­plained that the geld­ing had trav­elled well in early and mid­dle stages of the event but round­ing the home turn had com­menced to hang out and be­come awk­ward in its ac­tion was re­luc­tant to stretch out de­spite his ef­forts. A post-race ve­teri­nary ex­am­i­na­tion re­vealed no vis­i­ble ab­nor­mal­i­ties.

RACE 6: GYTRASH (A. Jord­sjo) – raced keenly in the mid­dle stages of the event and vicin­ity of the 600 me­tres rolled out and brushed ORBOST. In­clined to lay in un­der pres­sure in straight. DANCER’S KIN (K. Crowther) – stood flat-footed and was slow to be­gin. A post-race ve­teri­nary ex­am­i­na­tion re­vealed no vis­i­ble ab­nor­mal­i­ties. WRECK­ING CREW (T. Pan­nell) – laid out un­der pres­sure in the straight. ORBOST (J. Kah) – in­con­ve­nienced in the vicin­ity of the 600 me­tres when con­tacted by GYTRASH and taken wider. A post-race ve­teri­nary ex­am­i­na­tion re­vealed no vis­i­ble ab­nor­mal­i­ties.

RACE 6: HUSSLIN HUMPH (F. Ker­s­ley) – laid out un­der pres­sure in the straight. A post-race ve­teri­nary ex­am­i­na­tion re­vealed no vis­i­ble ab­nor­mal­i­ties. RACE 7: ART­FUL RAM­BLER (A. Chan) – laid in un­der pres­sure in the straight. COLUMBIA (T. Pan­nell) – had dif­fi­culty ob­tain­ing clear ground from the vicin­ity of the 400 me­tres un­til ap­proach­ing the 200 me­tres. TRIPLE DEEZ (J. To­eroek) – had dif­fi­culty ob­tain­ing clear ground from the vicin­ity of the 500 me­tres un­til near 300 me­tres. PRICKLES (J. Holder) – a post-race ve­teri­nary ex­am­i­na­tion re­vealed the mare to be lame in the off fore­leg. Trainer, Mr L. Ken­newell, was ad­vised that a Ve­teri­nary Cer­tifi­cate of Fit­ness was re­quired prior to a fu­ture trial or race.

RACE 8: COCKLES (R. Clark) – in­side the 200 me­tres had dif­fi­culty ob­tain­ing clear ground for a short dis­tance when awk­wardly placed on the heels of AT­LANTICA, which had com­menced to give ground. A post- race ve­teri­nary ex­am­i­na­tion re­vealed no vis­i­ble ab­nor­mal­i­ties. AT­LANTICA (A. Chan) – a post-race ve­teri­nary ex­am­i­na­tion re­vealed no vis­i­ble JACK­POT JOHNNY (T. Pan­nell) – held up from the vicin­ity of the 400 me­tres un­til ap­proach­ing

100 me­tres. SCOT­TISH ROGUE (C. Caserta) – laid out un­der pres­sure in the straight. Rider ex­plained that the geld­ing was off the bit through­out event, which in his opin­ion was due to the fast tempo of event. He added that he had dif­fi­culty ob­tain­ing clear ground at the en­trance to the straight, but from

vicin­ity of 150 me­tres SCOT­TISH ROGUE failed im­prove as he had an­tic­i­pated when he was able to ob­tain clear run­ning. He fur­ther added that in his opin­ion the geld­ing will be bet­ter suited over a longer dis­tance. A pos­trace ve­teri­nary ex­am­i­na­tion re­vealed no vis­i­ble ab­nor­mal­i­ties. RACE 9: GALAXY GAZER (R. Clark) – raced wide with­out cover through­out the event. WITH A BIT OF DASH (G. Cartwright) – in­con­ve­nienced in

vicin­ity of the 1200 me­tres when UNSCOPEABLE was taken in. CHAPAL (J. Holder) – be­came held up at the en­trance to the straight and then had dif­fi­culty ob­tain­ing clear ground un­til in­side the 100 me­tres. DOU­BLE THE MAGIC (C. Caserta) – slow to be­gin. UNSCOPEABLE (J. To­eroek) – con­tacted on jump­ing away. In­con­ve­nienced when taken in onto WITH A BIT OF DASH in the vicin­ity of the 1200 me­tres by SWEET KAISER. VAL­LEY OF LIGHT (GB) (T. Pan­nell) – reared on jump­ing away and slow into stride. WYLIE OL’ COY­OTE (A. Jord­sjo) raced keenly in the mid­dle stages of the event. Rider re­ported that the geld­ing had been a touch slower to be­gin than she ex­pected, and for this rea­son

found her­self fur­ther back an­tic­i­pated. RACE9:MJSFLOORCOVERIN GSHANDICAP– 1600me­tres(cont’d) ONCE IN A LIFE­TIME (J. Kah) – shifted in on jump­ing away onto UNSCOPEABLE. Had dif­fi­culty ob­tain­ing clear ground for a short dis­tance after en­ter­ing the straight. Rider re­ported that when placed un­der pres­sure in the vicin­ity of the 300 me­tres the filly failed to let down as she had an­tic­i­pated and was dis­ap­point­ing to the line. A post-race ve­teri­nary ex­am­i­na­tion re­vealed the filly to be lame in the near fore­leg. Trainer, Mr T. McEvoy, was ad­vised that a Ve­teri­nary Cer­tifi­cate of Fit­ness was re­quired prior to a fu­ture trial or race. SWEET KAISER (A. Chan) – in the vicin­ity of the 1200 me­tres shifted onto UNSCOPEABLE, which was in­con­ve­nienced when taken in onto WITH A BIT OF DASH.
