Performer tipped to give Waller first Golden Slipper
THE Chris Wallertrained Performer is the $8 favourite in first markets to give Sydney’s premier trainer his win in the $3.5 million Golden Slipper.
Waller has only had a handful of Slipper runners and Performer is one of the few he has had up running early, winning Breeders’ Plate on the season’s first day of two-year-old racing in Sydney on September 30.
