STOCKMAN’S HALL OF FAME LONGREACH TOURIST PARK

When it comes to exploring the history and heritage of the Australian Outback, Longreach in Queensland is a top place to park your wheels.

After setting up camp, or unloading into a deluxe cabin, or hooking up your van or camper to a powered site at Longreach Tourist Park, your first port of call should be the Stockman’s Hall of Fame. It covers everything right up to the present day where technology is reshaping the way farming, business and communications are carried out.

Other places to stop at are the Qantas Founders Museum, Longreach Powerhouse Museum and Waltzing Matilda Centre in Winton, about a 90minute drive away. More: longreachtouristpark.com.au
