This series is for the serious foodie. It follows award-winning UK chef Stevie Parle and English professional spice blender Emma Grazette as they travel the world learning about spices.
In this episode, the pair travels to Zanzibar in Africa where cloves are widely grown and used to flavour everything from savoury pancakes to stews.
Viewers will get to see how cloves are grown and picked and how to select the highest quality ones.
They will also learn a few Zanzibar-inspired recipes, including grilled fish with hot fruit salsa and orange, clove and polenta cake.
