Oil ty­coon soap Dal­las has been can­celled after three sea­sons.

Var­i­ous ver­sions of Home­land (all adap­ta­tions of orig­i­nal Is­raeli se­ries Pris­on­ers of War) are in de­vel­op­ment, in­clud­ing a 70-episode Mex­i­can te­len­ov­ela and Rus­sian, Turk­ish and South Korean re­makes.

Di­rec­tor Barry Levin­son ( Rain Man) is help­ing to de­velop new Jen­nifer Lopez FBI drama se­ries, Shades of Blue.

No Lim­its was named pro­gram of the year at the com­mu­nity TV Antenna Awards. Chris Gib­son ( Leon­gatha) won out­stand­ing male per­son­al­ity while Phyl­lis Foundis ( The Foundis Show) won the fe­male equiv­a­lent.

Se­in­feld and Veep star Ju­lia Louis-Drey­fus (right) is to re­ceive the Charlie Chap­lin Bri­tan­nia Award for Ex­cel­lence in Com­edy at the BAFTA LA Jaguar Bri­tan­nia Awards on Oc­to­ber 30.
