Top pick

The Sunday Mail (Queensland) - TV Guide - - TODAY’S PICK -

1 0. 3 0PM, T DT

With all the steamy sexual chemistry and complicated matters of the heart playing out, it’s amazing there’s any time left in the day for legal work for the likes of Jamie (Anna Wood, above) and Roy (Cam Gigandet). But there is, and this show’s meaty plots are what makes it so enjoyable to watch. This week, two football players are accused of killing their coach.

PAUL WILLIAMS: STILL ALIVE 8. 3 0PM, BI O The guy who made this documentary decided to do it when he discovered his idol, Paul Williams, was still alive and not, in fact, dead as he’d believed. Williams is an acclaimed songwriter and actor who was a huge star in the 1970s (more recently he worked with Daft Punk). As this film chronicles, he had his shares of ups and downs. He’s up again these days and still touring.

ALL CREATURES GREAT AND STUFFED 9. 3 0PM, ABC2 This film is worth watching for the stuffed remote controlled flying cat alone. For something very different, how about a look at the bizarre world of taxidermy? Seriously. There’s an array of animals that, for one reason or another, people have decided to have stuffed and preserved.
